1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bnn55 ("bnn55", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bnn55 platform available at https://bnn55.cam (the "Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, tools and services made available thereon.

bnn55 is an English-language online entertainment platform primarily targeting Pakistani users who engage with sports betting, live casino, cricket markets, slots and related digital entertainment. The Platform is operated in accordance with the terms set out herein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a promotional offer or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• 2.1"Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• 2.2"Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• 2.3"Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• 2.4"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before Account activation or financial transactions can be completed.
• 2.5"Wagering Requirement" means the total value of eligible bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• 2.6"Game Contribution Rate" means the percentage by which a particular game type contributes toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement.
• 2.7"Real Money Play" means wagering using funds deposited into and held in the Account Balance.
• 2.8"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted.
• 2.9"PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency referenced throughout the Platform for illustrative pricing and amounts.
• 2.10"Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary account restriction requested by a User that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bnn55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• 3.1You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• 3.2You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• 3.3You are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• 3.4You have not previously been excluded from bnn55 or any affiliated platform, whether by your own request or by operator action.
• 3.5You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• 3.6You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bnn55 or its affiliates.
• 3.7You understand that online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law and accept full personal responsibility for your participation.

4. Account Registration

• 4.1Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including circumventing bans, claim multiple bonuses or evade verification — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• 4.2All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
• 4.3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party. bnn55 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security precautions were not taken by you.
• 4.4You must notify bnn55 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 4.5bnn55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons for such refusal.

5. KYC & Verification

bnn55 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. These procedures are not optional — they are a prerequisite for financial activity on the Platform.

• 5.1You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence) before any deposit, withdrawal or bonus activation is processed.
• 5.2Proof of address documentation may be requested at any time. Acceptable documents include recent utility bills or bank statements issued within the preceding three months.
• 5.3Proof of payment method may be required where deposits are made via bank transfer, e-wallet or any other instrument.
• 5.4bnn55 may place temporary restrictions on withdrawals while verification is pending. We will endeavour to complete verification reviews promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your Account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• 6.1Accepted payment methods vary and are subject to change at the operator's discretion. Methods may include e-wallets, mobile payment platforms and bank transfers. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, or bank transfers via providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are referenced as illustrative context only. 7. Withdrawals

• 7.1Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches the method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• 7.2All pending Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• 7.3Withdrawal processing times vary by method. bnn55 does not guarantee same-day or instant processing. Timelines are subject to KYC completion, compliance review and third-party payment processing constraints.
• 7.4bnn55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• 7.5Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• 7.6Where fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms is suspected, bnn55 may withhold withdrawal proceeds pending investigation, and may in such cases cancel the withdrawal and/or close the Account.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions available on bnn55 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General bonus principles applicable across all promotions are set out below.

• 8.1Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• 8.2Maximum Bet During Bonus: While any Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, a per-bet maximum applies (as stated in the specific offer terms). Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• 8.3Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• 8.4Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that are not utilised within the stated validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• 8.5Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000 — illustrative) is required to activate most promotional offers. The qualifying amount is stated in each offer.
• 8.6One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• 8.7Promotional Abuse: bnn55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or void any bonus where evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to use of automated software, coordination across accounts or exploitation of technical errors, is detected.
• 8.8Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers: bnn55 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply to active bonuses already credited to Accounts.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

• 9.1All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. bnn55 will not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where expressly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• 9.2bnn55 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error, incorrect odds, data feed failure or other system malfunction materially affected the integrity of the market.
• 9.3In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the bnn55 system records shall be the definitive reference. Where a discrepancy exists between what a User believes was placed and the Platform records, Platform records shall prevail.
• 9.4Winnings and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems for digital games and by live event results for sports and live dealer games.
• 9.5bnn55 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games may be suspended, removed or amended without prior notice.
• 9.6References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 tournaments and ICC events on this platform are for sports context only. bnn55 has no official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket franchise.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bnn55. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, closure and/or forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing discrepancies for financial gain in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Using funds on the Platform that originate from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account or placing wagers on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any conduct that bnn55 reasonably considers to be harmful, fraudulent or abusive toward the Platform, its staff or other users.

11. Responsible Gambling

bnn55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of addressing personal difficulties.

• 11.1Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits from within their Account dashboard. These tools are available at all times and take effect promptly upon activation.
• 11.2Self-exclusion is available to any registered player who wishes to restrict their access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible before the requested exclusion period expires.
• 11.3bnn55 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods or closure on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that continued play poses a risk to the player's welfare.

12. Intellectual Property

• 12.1All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data and compilations — is the intellectual property of bnn55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
• 12.2You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• 12.3You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bnn55.

13. Limitation of Liability

• 13.1The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bnn55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
• 13.2To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnn55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 13.3bnn55 shall not be liable for losses arising from your gambling activity, including but not limited to wagering losses, unclaimed winnings resulting from your failure to meet bonus terms, or losses incurred during periods of technical downtime.
• 13.4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Key privacy principles applied by bnn55 include: collection of only the minimum data necessary to operate your Account; encryption of personal and financial data in transit and at rest; no sale of your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes; and your right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the details in Section 17.

15. Amendments

• 15.1bnn55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform.
• 15.2Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• 15.3The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bnn55 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions and that they bear full responsibility for ensuring their participation is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. bnn55 does not provide legal advice and this clause is not intended as a definitive statement of the legal position in any particular jurisdiction.
